Zazen
Seated meditation as taught in the Zen tradition. Zazen is a direct path to realization, developing concentration and a deep understanding of the nature of the mind.
Tuesdays from 7:30 - 9:00 pm starting January 10th.
Please look for the sign on the sandwich board outside and ring the bell.
Compassion Meditation
A very ancient meditation technique, Equanimity Meditation is a powerful antidote to anger, greed and selfishness. It helps develop patience, understanding and kindness.
Tuesdays from 7:30 - 9:00 pm. commencing February 7th.

Buddha Meditation
By contemplating the good qualities of a Buddha, we nurture these same attributes within ourselves. This powerful visualization technique is especially suitable for visual thinkers and creative, artistic people.
Tuesdays from 7:30 - 9:00 pm starting March 6th.
Classes are held at 138-18th Ave SE. Please look for the sign on the sandwich board outside and ring the bell.
Please wear comfortable loose or stretchy clothing. If you have a meditation cushion/bench you may bring them. If not, we have cushions and benches for you to use.
On nights when there are hockey games, it may be more challenging to find parking, so please allow a lot of extra time to find parking or (we recommend) take the C-Train as we are a 5-10 minute walk from the Victoria Park/Stampede station.
Suggested donation $25 per session.
