New Year 2011 Schedule
Saturday, January 8th, 2011Tuesday Meditation Schedule
Jan 11 - Zazen (beginning and advance) /4 weeks
Feb 8 - Equanimity Meditation / 4 weeks
March 8 - Buddha Meditation/ 4 weeks
If you have not joined us before a couple of things to keep in mind:
1) Please wear lose comfortable clothing and you may want to bring a light sweater or shawl as the body may cool during meditation
2) We have meditation cushions and benches for you to use, however you may want to bring a small blanket or yoga mat for padding under your ankles
3) all classes are run by donation (as we are non-profit)

On nights when there are hockey games, it may be more challenging to find parking, so please allow extra time to find parking or (we recommend) take the C-Train as we are a 5-10 minute walk from the Victoria Park/Stampede station.
